I have purchased several of Lori's designs and I can assure the files are of the highest standard. No cleaning up a file of lori's after purchasing. Excellent customer service to the standard I have been given excels what I would have expected. Suffice it to say that Lori walked the extra mile to help me get my files. I have just finished radio therapy to my neck area and have suffered quite bad in on my neck. I can't sit at the PC for long. I sent and SOS to Sandy McCauley to help me, (another Angel like Lori), radiation burns to the skin make it difficult for me to sit long. Sandy and Lori collaborated as a team to help me get my files. Lori thank you so much.
