Cut very easily on my Maker. Easy to assemble
The only change I made was to use fairy lights & taped them to the sides of the star. It was much easier & the light wires did not show.

Easy and stunning.
Quick to cut and construct. I used seed lights with batteries and they are perfect for this. My daughter's family are delighted. I couldn't find any vellum big enough, so I used greaseproof paper!

Major WOW factor
I thought this was lovely but looked difficult. Then I watched Lori’s tutorial and decided to give it a try. Its rather simple to put together but while Lori put an LED light set inside I have decided to go with battery op votives (2 of them). My reason was that I tried the LED’s and they are too bright for my taste and you could see all of “seems” and score lines. (I used 100 lb paper) While I cut mine a bit smaller (because I only had 8.5x11” vellum) I still think at full size the LED lights would be overly bright—still very pretty but not quite as “peaceful and calm” as I was going for. I plan to cut out and construct a few more to give as gifts....they are gorgeous!
